You can place your reservations on our website, or you can email us. Also, you can communicate with us with WhatsApp /Viber /SMS. In addition, you can find us at booking or Airbnb.

  • In our Accommodations, one parking space is available per residence (there is a space for free parking outside the complex).
  • We inform you that smoking is not allowed inside the house (there are smoke sensors).
  • Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate pets, because the configuration of the common areas does not allow it.
  • Parents are responsible for the safety and behaviour of minors both in the pool area and in the rest of the complex.
  • Parties are not allowed in the complex, and in general your stay presupposes respect for your neighbours.
  • Please use the shower before entering the pool.

Reservations

Accommodation prices are calculated for accommodation of 4 adults per residence, the 5th and 6th person are charged extra depending on their age as follows:

0–5: Free of charge
5–12: 1/2 charge
12+: Full charge

In order to complete your reservation, we need all the below:

  • ID or passport
  • Phone number
  • Home address
  • Email address

You can make your reservation on our website or on the booking.com and airbnb.com platforms.

Payments

You can pay for your stay in the following ways:

  • Bank transfer
  • Visa credit/debit card
  • PayPal

Important note for when you pay by bank transfer: We will get in touch by email after receiving your booking. After we receive your advance payment, we will send you a booking confirmation. Any unpaid balance will be paid upon your arrival.

Our prices include Municipal tax 0.5%. Also, the climate change resilience tax is not included and you pay it upon your arrival at the accommodation at a cost of 8 euros per night.

Please check our cancellation policy in case you want to cancel your booking. 

Operating tips and presentation of our accommodations

In our houses you will find air conditioning and TV in every room.

There is also a fully equipped kitchen which contains a large fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, kettle, espresso coffee maker, and all the necessary utensils for cooking. There is also a vacuum cleaner, electric iron, ironing board and clothes drying rack. You will find a fire extinguisher in the storage room under the stairs. There, you will also find the washing machine and the vacuum cleaner.

We can provide you, depending on availability, and upon your request, a cot and a high chair, free of charge.

There is a solar water heater, but if you need more hot water, you can switch the installation to the electric water heater from the power panel, please remember to turn off the electric water heater after the water you need is heated.

You will find a wardrobe in every room. In the wardrobe of the bedroom on the ground floor there is a small safe which can also fit a laptop.

The Wi-Fi codes are in the living room of each house.

There is an energy card which should be removed when leaving the house so that energy is not consumed unnecessarily. The refrigerator continues to work even after its removal.

There is no need to lock the front door from the inside because it locks automatically.

In the bathroom you will find toothbrushes, toothpaste, hair dryer and personal hygiene and care items

We recommend that you take a shower before using the swimming pool, as well as upon your exit. There is a net to clean the suspended particles and if you want the bottom to be cleaned, you can notify us so that a robotic vacuum can be deployed during your absence.

We provide daily housekeeping (garbage, tidying up, sweeping, cleaning the kitchen counter) when you are away. If you want anything else, you can let us know by text or phone.

Normally we change the towels after two nights and the sheets after three, but if you require different arrangements, please let us know, and we will do our best to assist you.

The outer door of the complex closes after nine in the evening. Use your remote control when entering and exiting. This is for everyone’s safety. We would like you to know that we live in the complex in the last villa, and we are available for any question or need you may have.

Please don’t hesitate about anything, apart from customers, for us, you are primarily our guests.
